You will have to select “Retry Submission.” This is due by the start of our next exam and is worth the second half of your passport points for the seminar.
You are a nurse working in a sub acute medical surgical unit. Upon reviewing your client assignments for the day, you notice that a client you had previously discharged three times has been admitted again for the same issue, diabetic ketoacidosis. After you introduce yourself, the client states, “Here I am again. You must be sick of seeing me. Well I am sick of being here.
